We are changing. Globalization impacts our behavior, speech, ideas and way of life differently than regionalism. But even in terms of structural social behavior we prioritize patriarchal thinking.

As part of our commitment to equality, we have been urging equality in all areas. Each state has legally implemented this policy. In practice, the implementation aspect seems low. Yet, most states follow it.

We have been imparting general sex education knowledge to adolescents since school. It has helped impart sex knowledge. But they know nothing about gender or gender roles.

The World Health Organization (WHO) has implemented gender policies at the global level. Its allies have also implemented gender policies. This has ensured gender-friendly behavior, at least in government organizations and public workplaces.

But even in normal life, boys treat girls poorly. Their behavior is discriminatory.

From a feminist point of view, boys treat girls disrespectfully. Feminism argues that boys should be taught how to behave toward girls. So, how to teach? If some rules are followed in this regard, a boy can learn how to treat a girl fairly and respectfully. Here is an attempt to discuss that behavior.

Try it at home

Let's try to adopt the habit of respecting the father towards the mother and the brother as well as the sister from the family and treating them in a gender friendly manner. This behavior learned at home will develop the habit of automatically softening and respecting other girls' behavior.

Provide gender role education at school level

Adolescents tend to learn sexual education at school. It helps to learn of biological differences. Similarly, if gender roles are taught at the school level, boys will know that gender roles change. It is also common knowledge that boys and girls play different roles as a result of division of labor in society. If knowledge of the division of labor can be imparted at the school level, it will help the boy to understand that the girl can easily do the work that the boy can do. Boys who have become familiar with the role of gender at the school level and respect their peers will treat other girls with respect. Because at school, boys and girls are taught equality. This, of course, made the boy speak softly and respectfully.

From the change of the proverbial piece

The proverbs used in society are discriminatory. Time is irrelevant. They humiliate the girl. Therefore, the proverbs that are used to humiliate a girl should be adopted and changed promptly.

Example: - The man would not be in pain.

Change: - The man is in pain.

Girls are not consumables

Girls can be mothers, sisters, wives, daughters, etc. Girls are not just objects. They are also boys' competitors. Let's teach the boy this.

Change in patriarchal thinking

Social behavior still shows patriarchal thinking that girl's earnings should not be eaten. Angela Markel brought the country to this point. Therefore, when given the opportunity to prove that a woman can also hold the dignity of a respectable position, the girl can be taught to behave respectfully. This is if she can convince a boy with a patriarchal mindset.

In the end, the boy's discriminatory behavior can be changed. Boys and girls are considered equal in today's society. Both have the same dignity and existence. By following the above mentioned method, and teaching boys to follow it, boys can be taught to respect girls.
