Dear
school, I know you are the place where our children are educated. You helped
them achieve their educational goals. Some schools are big, some are middle and
some are small. But children can achieve their goals.
Now,
privatization has affected all over the world. We are part of privatization and
your organization. There are some payment method you have made available for
us. There are times when dues are not properly cleared, but we don't ignore
their role in paying the school's dues.
You
know, dear school? You made our children capable of achieving their educational
goals. And teachers are a powerful ladder for children. Because helped by their
teachers, a child had a moment of success.
We had
always talked about all being equal but some moments created by your
administration made us unhappy. Because you discriminated against our child.
Our child participated in the programs you organized. Our child showed you
their power, but they are discriminated against them. In spite of the fact that
they have the right to receive medals, they don't receive them. May we ask you
why you didn't give them their medal?
We
want to make you responsible for that unjustifiable moment. This is because we
feel the injustice and behavior that you were shown at that time with our
children.
We are
very disappointed with your behavior, dear school. You discriminated against
our child's talent. Because they participated in that program you had organized
and they won. But you only gave them certificates, not medals. We would feel
equal if you treated other children the same way.
So why
not make you punishable for your behavior? Because you violated our children’s
child rights. And finally, we decided to write this blog letter. It would be
great if you would make your behavior more child rights-friendly in the future.
All children will be treated equally.
