However, there are instances where financial obligations remain uncertain; Nevertheless, the contribution of parents to the organization should not be overlooked.
Schools are recognized to play an important role in providing children with the skills they need to fulfill their educational aspirations. In particular, teachers are considered invaluable resources, guiding students through their educational journeys and facilitating moments of achievement.
Despite the emphasis on equality within the educational framework, some actions taken by the institution's administration have generated resentment due to perceived discrimination against individual students. A special case of concern involves a child who is actively involved in various programs organized by the school, exhibiting remarkable abilities. However, the justification of this decision has been raised as the child was not given a medal despite being entitled to such recognition.
As the behavior received by the children has increased the feeling of inequality among the parents, the school has been asked to take responsibility for this perceived injustice. Disappointment over the institution's conduct is deep, as the child displayed admirable talent at the event but was only recognized with a certificate as opposed to a medal given to peers.
The question arises as to whether the institution should bear the consequences of the actions taken as violation of child rights or not. Consequently, it has been decided to communicate these grievances through this open letter. It is hoped that the organization will implement future reforms to ensure that its practices are more consistent with the principles of children's rights, thereby promoting an environment in which all children are treated with equality and fairness.
